1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bww7 ("the Platform," "we," "our," or "us") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses bww7.app and all associated gaming services ("you" or "the Player").
1.2 Use of bww7 constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) completing the account registration process; (b) making a deposit; or (c) placing any wager on the Platform.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use bww7. This age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing gambling activities. It is a strict eligibility requirement, not a guideline.
2.2 Jurisdiction. bww7 services are intended for residents of and players physically located in the Republic of the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that access to and use of bww7 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC). All players are required to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and valid government-issued identification. Acceptable identification includes but is not limited to: Philippine National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, and voter's ID.
2.4 One Account Rule. Each natural person may register and maintain only one (1) bww7 account. The existence of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether detected through matching identity documents, IP address analysis, payment method cross-reference, or any other means — will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
2.5 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, current, and complete. Material misrepresentation, including falsification of age or identity, is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bww7 account credentials, including your username and password. bww7 will never ask for your password via any channel, including live chat or email.
3.2 You must notify bww7 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Contact bww7 support via live chat at [email protected]. bww7 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
3.3 Account sharing — permitting any other person to access or use your bww7 account — is strictly prohibited. Players found to have shared account access will have their accounts suspended pending investigation.
3.4 bww7 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on bww7 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank transactions.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.
4.3 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that match the player's verified identity. bww7 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. bww7 is obligated under Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Any attempt to use bww7 for money laundering, structuring, or any other AMLA-prohibited activity will result in immediate account termination and mandatory regulatory reporting.
4.5 Withdrawal of Deposits. Players may withdraw deposited funds (net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements) at any time subject to identity verification requirements. bww7 does not apply fees to standard GCash or PayMaya withdrawals.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by bww7 are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time the offer is presented to the Player. In the event of conflict between a specific promotional term and these General Terms, the specific promotional term prevails.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be displayed on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. bww7 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and coordinated play with other accounts. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
5.4 bww7 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any amendment does not retroactively worsen the terms applicable to bonuses already accepted by a Player.
6.1 All games offered on bww7 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure outcomes are random, fair, and unpredictable. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers under video surveillance, with outcomes determined by physical game mechanics (cards, dice, wheels) in real time.

9.2 bww7 is not liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) losses arising from gambling decisions made by the Player; (c) losses resulting from unauthorized account access attributable to the Player's failure to maintain credential security; (d) service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, payment processors, or force majeure events.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bww7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
10.1 bww7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion — all accessible from your account dashboard without requiring contact with support.
10.2 Players who wish to exclude themselves from bww7 may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of thirty (30) days up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, bww7 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform.

11.1 bww7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably determines that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for prohibited activities; (c) required identity verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable time; or (d) continuation of the account relationship would expose bww7 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
11.2 On termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), bww7 may withhold and/or forfeit any account balance, including real-money funds, pending investigation. On termination without cause, bww7 will return verified real-money balances to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable time.
11.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their bww7 account may do so by contacting live chat support. Any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of applicable KYC requirements.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.2 bww7 operates under a license granted by PAGCOR. Players who have an unresolved complaint against bww7 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory complaints channels after first exhausting bww7's internal dispute resolution process.

If the Player remains unsatisfied following bww7's final response, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR.
13.1 bww7 may amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory direction, or to address security vulnerabilities.

13.3 If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of bww7 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
